These geese are cooked!

City officials plan to send Canada geese culled from around Kennedy and La Guardia airports to a central Pennsylvania slaughterhouse, where they’ll be prepared as food, officials said yesterday.

The dressed goose meat will be donated to food charities, said US Agriculture Department.

Some chefs consider wild goose meat a delicacy. It can be prepared as sausage, or cooked and served sliced, like duck.
