A Newark Liberty Airport supervisor has admitted regularly stealing from passengers during security screenings and accepting bribes and kickbacks from a subordinate who also stole money.

Michael Arato, 41, of Ewing, NJ, permitted a worker he supervised to steal $10,000 to $30,000 from travelers’ bags over 13 months, prosecutors say.
