This guy needs to churn it down.

Al Roker was haunted by a man dressed as a stick of butter while the NBC anchor was hosting the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade on Thursday.

The unidentified person, wearing a rectangular yellow costume that read “butter,” interrupted Roker as the weatherman was attempting to give commentary while on the parade route.

“I hate to butter you up, but you’ve got to move on!” Roker said to the man and playfully shoved him.

“Now get out of here, ya butter!” he added. “I can’t believe it’s not butter!”

Later in the parade, the butter man ran up to Roker while he was riding along the route and shouted in a hoarse voice, “We butter you up!”

“Butter your turkey! Butter your ham!” the costumed man shouted.

“And that’s why everybody loves clowns,” Roker deadpanned to the camera after the second interruption.
