The pretty Canadian actress accused of stalking “30 Rock” star Alec Baldwin still faces stalking and harassment charges after a Manhattan Criminal Court judge denied her bid to dismiss the case.

Genevieve Sabourin, 40, is accused of sending Baldwin e-mails and text messages saying she loved him, wanted to have his baby and needed cash.

She claimed her communication was protected by the First Amendment.
