Dethroned P.R. princess Ali Wise is in talks with Manhattan prosecutors, hoping to avoid an indictment on felony charges she hacked into the voicemails of her ex-boy friends’ new girlfriends.

The Barbie-blonde so ciety gal was back in court yesterday and stood smiling slightly in her high heels and tight- fitting white wool coat.

“There’s been no grand-jury action,” Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Lichtman told a Manhattan Criminal Court judge. “We have been working on a disposition.”

Wise is due back in court April 6. She’s accused of computer trespass, eavesdropping, computer tampering, harassment and stalking.

As originally revealed by The Post’s Page Six, Wise allegedly used “spoofing” software to hack into the voicemails of interior designer Nina Freudenberger. She and Wise had an ex-boyfriend — Downtown Records founder Josh Deutsch — in common.

She’s also accused of making hundreds of additional calls into the voicemails of three other unidentified victims.
