A wannabe terrorist from The Bronx who watched ISIS decapitation videos to keep himself “motivated” while working out pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges he tried to help another join the terror group.

Sporting a long beard and overgrown wavy hair, Sajmir Alimehmeti, aka Abdul Qawii, briefly appeared in Manhattan federal court for his arraignment.

Alimehmeti’s attorney Sabrina Shroff declined to comment.

After his plans to travel to the Middle East through the UK were nixed when authorities found camouflage clothing and nunchucks in his luggage, Alimehmeti worked to help a man – who was really an undercover – travel to Syria to join ISIS, prosecutors allege.

In May, Alimehmeti advised the undercover to buy a cellphone, boots, compass and flashlight and even downloaded encrypted software currently being used by “the brothers” onto the phone ahead of the undercover flying out of JFK Airport to join ISIS, the complaint says.

He also hooked the undercover up with a person to facilitate paperwork in order to travel to Syria.

“I’m ready to f–king go with you man,” Alimehmeti allegedly told the undercover. “You know I would…I’m done with this place.”

On Thursday, prosecutors said they have four terrabytes of evidence – including three cell phones, three computers, several external hard drives and recordings of Alimehmeti talking to undercover agents – to turn over to the defense in the coming weeks.
