American Express is suing the head of two Brooklyn concert series for racking up $35,000 worth of ­unpaid credit-card bills.

The suit, filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, names Debra Garcia, who heads the Seaside Summer Concert series at Coney Island and the Martin Luther King Jr. Series at Wingate Park.

Past concerts hosted by the Borough President’s Office have featured such acts as the Beach Boys and Kool & the Gang.

A spokesman for Borough President Eric Adams said that he hopes the shows go on but that he knows nothing about legal action because “we have no involvement with organizing the series.”
