Former New York first lady Matilda Cuomo has been uncanceled!

The name of the 90-year-old mother of disgraced ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo has been reinstated to the website of the state Mentoring Program she founded and once headed.

Her name had been scrubbed from the site sometime after Andrew Cuomo resigned last year under the threat of impeachment amid a slew of sexual harassment accusations leveled against him.

Matilda Raffa Cuomo established the mentoring program when her husband, Mario Cuomo, was governor in the 1980s and ’90s, and she was named honorary chair when son Andrew revived the program in 2015.

The Post first reported on the erasure of Matilda Cuomo from the mentoring program on Sunday.

Following a Post query, Gov. Kathy Hochul had the state Office of Children and Family Services restore Matilda Cuomo’s name to the site and acknowledge her contribution as founder of the Mentoring Program. A spokesperson for the agency that oversees the mentoring program called Matilda’s omission an “oversight.”

“Founded by Former First Lady Matilda Cuomo in 1984, the mentoring program seeks to create mentor/mentee relationships for children in schools, foster care, and the court system,” the website now says.

No such luck for Andrew Cuomo.

The three-term ex-governor’s unceremonious ouster from office means he no longer warrants a mention even though he revived the program in 2015.

“The NYS Mentoring Program was included in the FY2016 State Budget and began to grow each year until the impact of COVID-19 on schools which resulted in the number of programs being reduced by 50 percent. The programs that continued adapted to virtual applications for implementation,” the site says.

It was Cuomo who proposed the mentoring program be reinstated.

“In fall 2021, Governor Hochul announced a new Latina Mentoring Program Cohort to be launched in early 2022 in regions throughout the state. Moreover, the Program has seen a significant uptick in interest and commitment, doubling the number of programs and mentors, bringing the program back to pre-pandemic results,” the site says.
