Andy bill hits coach pervs
High-school and college sports coaches will no longer be able to cover their eyes to child abuse under legislation proposed by Gov. Cuomo yesterday.
All coaches would be required by law to inform the police if they witness or suspect abuse.
The bill comes as Syracuse and Penn State universities are being roiled by child-abuse scandals.
