Gov. Cuomo last night revealed the secret ingredient in his formula for getting lawmakers to work with him: booze.

Former Gov. David Paterson, interviewing Cuomo on his radio show, praised him for accomplishing so much and added, “We’re all scratching our heads to try and figure out how you’ve done this.”

Cuomo joked, “Large quantities of alcohol late at night with multiple lawmakers.”
