ALBANY — Gov. Cuomo tapped state Assemblyman Keith Wright of Harlem and Syracuse Mayor Stephanie Miner yesterday to co-chair the state Democratic Party.

They will replace chairman Jay Jacobs, who was installed by former Gov. David Paterson.

“The governor asked me if I would serve,” Wright said.

“When the governor asks you to serve, you say yes.”
