Gov. Cuomo said yesterday that he’s ready to clean up the mess at the scandal-scarred New York Racing Association.

“There’s been troubles with NYRA that go back decades — literally,” Cuomo said. “It doesn’t have the public trust . . . and that’s what has to change.”
