The severed head of a goat surrounded by four chicken heads has been found in a Westchester park.

New Rochelle Police Capt. Joseph Schaller says the heads were resting on a layer of cornmeal inside an aluminum pan, and said it’s likely the heads were used for some kind of ritual.
