She’s a lady — but Paul Anka’s wife says an Equinox gym didn’t treat her like one.

Anna Anka, 38, was ejected yesterday by a manager accusing her of running a personal-training business on the sly.

“I told him, ‘I am here with my girlfriend from Sweden, showing her some exercises,’ ” said Anna a reality-TV star in her native Sweden.

The Plaza Athenee had given her and Susanne Erlandsson, 40, who was on her first visit to the city, passes to the Equinox at Lexington and 63rd.

“We were doing ab work . . . and an Equinox trainer . . . got the manager . . . who yelled, ‘Get out of my gym!’ ” said Anka, who was told that only Equinox staff can train its clients.

Equinox last night declined to comment to The Post.
