Anti-ICE protesters and immigration officers clashed outside a Newark detention center Thursday night as the mob unleashed another round of twisted taunts at law enforcement.
“Every cop, every fed, shoot yourself in the head,” scores of rabble-rousers chanted at officers guarding Delaney Hall Detention Center, which has been the center of heated protests for the past week.
Footage captured by The Post shows authorities at one point pushing the protesters back with nightsticks and when a police car drove by, throwing an agitator to the ground to clear a path.

Other video shows federal law enforcement threatening to deploy pepper spray if protesters didn’t back off.
Activists have claimed ICE detainees are on a hunger strike in response to subpar conditions at the center – but Department of Homeland Security leaders have pushed back on those assertions.
Protesters, many covered in keffiyeh scarves, have tried to block vehicles and people from entering and exiting the facility, leading to violent confrontations.

New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill and DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin traded barbs on social media Thursday night over what access state officials had to the facility for inspections.
“If conditions are really as good as you’re claiming, then let my health inspectors do their jobs,” the Democratic governor wrote on X.

But Mullin shot back that four reps with the state’s health department checked out food services earlier Thursday.
“@ICEgov is regularly audited and inspected by external agencies to ensure that all ICE facilities comply with performance based national detention standards,” he posted.
“All detainees are provided with proper meals, quality water, blankets, medical treatment, and have opportunities to communicate with their family members and lawyers.”
