A pro-Palestine group plastered dozens of Metro-North stations with anti-Israel ads that compare it to South Africa in the apartheid era.

The American Muslims for Palestine ads say, “Americans give Israel $3 billion per year! End Apartheid now!”

They also include a quote attributed to Archbishop Desmond Tutu that says, “I’ve been very deeply distressed in my visit to the Holy Land; it reminded me so much of what happened to us.”

“We feel like we’re reclaiming the Palestinian heritage,” said spokeswoman Kristin Szremski.
