New Yorkers can now factor in proximity to celebrities when they go house-hunting, thanks to a new online app launched by a real-estate company.

Buyers can type in the building’s address, and Rentenna will display which celebrities live within a one-mile radius, without giving away the actual address in the interests of security.

“It’s all for fun and entertainment value. We don’t want to encourage celebrity stalking,” says Rentenna co-founder Alicia Schwartz.
