Hip-hop star Remy Ma is going nowhere fast.

Ma, whose real name is Reminisce Smith, yesterday learned that the state’s highest court had upheld her eight-year prison term for shooting a friend suspected of ripping her off in 2008.

The New York Court of Appeals’ 5-2 ruling shot down the “Lean Back” rapper’s claim that her lawyer should have been allowed to argue that the shooting was an accident resulting from a struggle for the gun. Ma, 26, is nearly three years into serving her time at the Bedford Hills Correctional Facility for Women.
