Check out Roadify, the top prize-winning app in the second annual NYC Big Apps competition. The $10,000 winner, announced yesterday, allows commuters with smartphones to update official transit data about delays.

Second prize went to Sportaneous, which organizes pickup sports games; third to Parking Finder, which reports locations of free and metered parking.
