Four armed robbers dressed as construction workers stole more than $800,000 in jewels and cash from a Brooklyn jeweler during a rush-hour heist on Thursday, cops said.

The armed three-man crew entered Court Street Jewelers wearing construction outfits and beat the store owner before taking off with the loot at around 5 p.m., according to police sources.

“He had his head bashed open,” said one witness who saw the aftermath of the robbery but declined to give her name.

“He was like running around screaming: ‘help me, help me.’ A lot of people were calling the cops – it was really crazy.”

“There was a lot of blood… it was chaotic.”

A fourth man wearing Tyvek painters coveralls with an aspirator over his face, stood outside as a lookout.

The men left behind yellow construction gear and a helmet along with a sign that read ‘”Danger Asbestos. Men at Work.”

Cops were looking for the suspects Thursday night.
