Two armed thugs pistol-whipped and robbed a couple of employees closing up a Greenwich Village frozen yogurt shop Wednesday night, police said.

The two thieves walked into the Pinkberry on Sixth Avenue near W. 13th St. around 10:30 p.m. and began pushing and kicking two male employees as they were sweeping up for the night.

One of the men was pistol-whipped in the head by one of the thieves, who ordered him to open the cash register.

The suspects grabbed around $1,600, along with the victims’ iPhones and wallets, and fled, police said.

Both victims were treated for minor injuries at Lenox Hill Healthplex, officials said.

No arrests have been made.
