Cops made arrest an arrest today in the murder of a Pace University student who was peddling pot.
Max Moreno was gunned down last month in his luxury off-campus apartment in the Financial District by two thugs who burst in following a drug deal.
The assassins took the 21-year-old to his bedroom and coldly shot him in the forehead after he refused to give them money. They then left with a mysterious locked box, police said.
Police were investigating whether Moreno, a small-time pot dealer, was set up by another couple.
