Police have arrested a delivery-truck driver in the horrific hit-and-run crash that left a 16-year-old girl dead and her 8-year-old sister injured in Queens last month.

Boubacar Barry, 29, was allegedly driving the water delivery truck that barreled into Jael Zhinin and her younger sibling at 47th Avenue and 46th Street in Woodside on June 26, police said Wednesday.

Barry allegedly disobeyed the pedestrian right-of-way on a left turn signal and barreled through the crosswalk as the sisters were attempting to cross the intersection.

He then drove off, but his vehicle was found by police nearby at the intersection of 46th Street and 48th Avenue.

Barry, who wasn’t injured, was arrested Tuesday morning at a building on Broome Street in Manhattan, cops said.

He faces charges that include criminally negligent homicide, leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in death and failure to yield to a pedestrian, according to the NYPD.
