A Chicago judge issued an arrest warrant for Knicks player Eddy Curry in connection with a settlement Curry failed to pay in a civil lawsuit, The Chicago Sun-Times reported Thursday.

The warrant was issued after Curry failed to appear at a Cook County court for a hearing on an outstanding $197,000 settlement he was ordered to pay in 2009 in a personal injury lawsuit.

The warrant, issued June 16 but unsealed Thursday, requires Curry to turn himself in at any courthouse in Cook County and lists a $150,000 cash bond, which Curry would be expected to post before he is released from custody.

This isn’t Curry’s first run-in with the law. In 2009, Curry’s chauffeur accused the NBA star of trying to solicit gay sex from him and accused him of making anti-Semitic remarks to him.

Curry denied the charges, saying “It’s false, and everyone who knows me knows I’m not a racist.”
