Gino is sadly finito.
The legendary Upper East Side red-sauce joint is closing its kitchen after 65 years.
“Forget about it. I feel very bad,” said co-owner Salvatore Doria, 70.
“Frank Sinatra Barbra Streisand, Brooke Shields, Ben Gazzara. We knew everyone very well,” said head waiter Marco Del’abruzzo, 46, who has worked at the eatery on Lexington Avenue and 61st Street for 22 years.
