A Manhattan woman filed suit yesterday alleging she was dragged on the floor by a cop inside the Gagosian Gallery after being mistaken for an anti-Israel activist.
Ingrid Homberg, 59, wants unspecified damages from the city and the Gagosian for allegedly violating her civil rights during the Dec. 18 incident.
