The owners of a pooch who sits in front of Citi Field dressed like Groucho Marx wearing a Mets jersey are being investigated by the ASPCA after online reports surfaced that the animal is abused.

Five-year-old Coffee (right) is “forced to sit outside Citi Field with a pipe in her mouth every Mets home game for hours on end with a shock collar on & no food, water or rest,” Jason Long, creator of the Facebook page “Stop Abusing Coffee,” writes on the site. Coffee’s owners are outraged.

“We’re really hurt. They’re saying that . . . he shocks her with the collar. He doesn’t use a shock collar on her,” said Wendy Fernandez, 20, translating for her dad, Norberto, 40.
