Two NYPD cops were arrested yesterday for punching and kicking a teen after giving him a summons in The Bronx, authorities said.

Officers Joseph Murphy, 26, and José Ocasio, 28, issued a disorderly-conduct summons to Tyre Davis, 17, around 3 a.m. on Feb. 18 on East 181st Street.

It wasn’t immediately clear why, but the cops then began assaulting Davis, and the teen suffered cuts and bruises to his forehead, according to court papers.

The officers were charged with assault, official misconduct and harassment.
