Famed real-estate broker Julien Studley’s longtime personal assistant says she was stiffed out of $140,000 in his will.
Marion Rios made the allegations in a suit filed Friday in Manhattan Supreme Court.
Rios alleges that over 35 years she had a “good, trusting relationship” with Studley that was “poisoned and destroyed” by Jane Studley, Julien’s second wife.
Rios alleges that Studley promised her the inheritance following the sale of his shares in his namesake company.
But Julien changed his mind after his wife confronted Rios over missing money in a family bank account, the lawsuit says.
Jane Studley denies the allegations.
