The shady ex-lawyer convicted of swindling millionaire philanthropist Brooke Astor is now getting sued for cheating his attorneys.

In papers filed in Manhattan Supreme Court, the law firm of Davis & Gilbert says Francis X. Morrissey owes them more than $218,000 in fees, but hasn’t paid them a dime since last May.

Morrissey has been out on bail while appealing his December 2009 conviction.
