It’s the perk that keeps on giving.
The judge who handled the trial of Anthony Marshall, Brooke Astor’s son, has yet to renew his SUV registration, which expired on Dec. 31, officials confirmed yesterday.
Justice A. Kirke Bartley got away with not getting a ticket for expired registration, not to mention illegally parking, on Jan. 2, because of his state-issued police-only-business placard, as The Post reported yesterday.
A Department of Motor Vehicles spokesman yesterday said the registration still had not been renewed.
