TRENTON, N.J. — New Jersey is under a winter storm watch from the National Weather Service.
Forecasters say the snow will begin falling on the Garden State on Tuesday afternoon and continue into Wednesday.
The southern part of the state is expected to get at least four inches — and it could be heavier in northern New Jersey.
