A sex scandal has emerged involving the swanky and super-secretive New York Athletic Club, The Post has learned.

The tony Central Park South club — which costs $8,500 to join and over $3,000 annually for a membership — has been sued by former employee Keisi Ballenilla who said she was sexually harassed by her supervisor there for years.

The institution denies any wrongdoing in civil court papers.
