The Brooklyn man accused of pistol-whipping and trying to abduct a 27-year-old woman outside a Carroll Gardens ATM was arrested with her debit card and a loaded gun, prosecutors said at the arraignment hearing yesterday.

Willie Weathers, 42, who was collared after his cellphone was found at the scene of the attack, didn’t speak at the brief Brooklyn Criminal Court proceeding. He was held on $100,000 bail.
