A Yankee fan was nearly killed for wearing his team’s hat at an Orioles-Nationals game at Camden Yards.

Matthew Fortese, 25, a lifelong Bomber fan from Hagerstown, Md., was heckled by two Oriole fans for nearly an hour at the Baltimore ballpark Wednesday before one allegedly threw beer in his face and thwacked him in the head, sending him over a wall.

He was revived by an off-duty state trooper, an old friend who, coincidentally, was also at the game.

Fortese, who pals say was on a date and supposed to start a job today, suffered brain trauma and is in stable condition at a trauma center.

Two men were charged in the attack and released on a $50,000 bond Friday.

One of Fortese’s pals, Jeff Minnichbach, is appealing to New Yorkers to donate in an online fund-raising effort to cover medical bills.

“You guys have a diehard fan, and he’s hurting right now,” Minnichbach told The Post.
