A Manhattan attorney slapped his ex with a defamation lawsuit after she allegedly told a friend he’d hit her.

Dennis McCoobery, who also co-owns the Upper East Side sports bar Mile 17, says Manuela Washington told her co-workers that McCoobery “slapped [her] in the face” as she tried to leave his Manhattan apartment.

The pair had dated for nine months before she broke it off in December, according to court papers.

Washington could not be reached.
