Manhattan social fop Tabber Benedict — who hosted a going-away party for himself to announce that he was moving to Europe when he was actually going to prison — can no longer practice law in New York state.

The finance lawyer and Columbia Law School graduate — who was convicted of injuring a bicyclist in a DWI crash in the Hamptons on July 4, 2011, and then leaving the scene — was disbarred at a disciplinary hearing this week in a Manhattan court.

Benedict is currently serving three to 10 years at Hudson Correctional Facility upstate. He pleaded guilty to 10 charges, including aggravated vehicular assault, DWI and leaving the scene of an accident. The victim, lifeguard Steven Dorn, was nearly killed.

Benedict, a jet-setting prepster, was a corporate associate at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Schulte Roth & Zabel, and White & Case.
