NIAGARA FALLS, NY — A state audit forwarded to local prosecutors accuses the former treasurer of Niagara County of selling estate assets to acquaintances at bargain-basement prices.
The audit, released yesterday, rips into now-retired David Broderick.
“Nowhere in this report . . . does it indicate that a single dollar was missing from an estate,” he said.
