A city tax auditor who was busted for stealing hundreds of thousands in taxpayer dollars — using a chunk of it to pay for a boob job — was ordered to cough up nearly $150,000 in restitution Wednesday as part of her guilty plea.

Surgically enhanced Kasara Wilson copped to charges of second-degree grand larceny in exchange for the sentence, which also includes three years probation.

The ex-auditor, who admitted to swiping some $250,000 to line her pockets — and bra — blew the funds on a new car, jewelry, designer shoes, and a $1,950 breast enhancement.

Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice Danny Chun had already ordered she shell out $1,500-a-month in repayments.

The 30-year-old had faced up to 15 years behind bars if convicted at trial.

Before she was caught, Wilson oversaw the city Sheriff’s Office trust funds as they waited for distribution, with prosecutor’s saying she’d been writing checks for herself from the escrow fund since 2014.

Brooklyn DA-elect Eric Gonzalez called the scheme “the ultimate betrayal of trust, taking money she was charged with safekeeping and spending it on her own lavish lifestyle.”
