Authorities are investigating a casino bus spotted in Connecticut that fits the description of one that fatally struck a woman in Queens on Thursday night, sources said.

The woman was struck at Main Street and Kissena Boulevard in Flushing at about 8:30 p.m. The driver remained at large.

The NYPD is investigating Skyliner Bus Travel & Tours, an Astoria-based company that operates casino tour buses and other private and commercial charters.

Connecticut state police said some of its troopers helped the NYPD track down a bus at a highway rest area in Madison, possibly en route to Foxwoods Casino.

“It is likely that a Skyliner bus was pulled over by authorities but am uncertain of the details, but we are fully cooperating with everyone involved in concern to the situation,” Heather Ragone, a company attorney, told The Post.

The dead woman has not been identified.
