An autistic 17-year-old girl was sexually assaulted in Brooklyn early Thursday morning, police said.

The teen had just gotten off a bus at a wrong stop in Park Slope when her assailant noticed her confusion and asked if she needed help, according to cops.

The creep took the disoriented girl into a park and assaulted her around 1 a.m., officials said.

The girl was found 11 hours later in the chapel at Methodist Hospital, police said. It was not clear when or how she got there. She was admitted to the hospital in stable condition, according to investigators.

Police are searching for a suspect who was last seen wearing a red shirt, beige pants, white sneakers and a grey cap.
