‘Avery’ access suit
The Manhattan US Attorney’s Office sued Lincoln Center yesterday over alleged violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act at Avery Fisher Hall.
The Manhattan federal-court filing says the venue has insufficient seating for people in wheelchairs and various “architectural barriers.”
