Republican Rep. Bob Turner’s Queens-Brooklyn congressional seat — formerly occupied by Democrat Anthony Weiner — would be eliminated under a redistricting plan unveiled by a federal judge yesterday.

The state is required to eliminate two of its 29 congressional seats to comply with population changes. Magistrate Roanne Mann’s proposal could go into effect if the state Legislature fails to approve its own maps.
