A baby boy choked to death on a grape while having a snack at his family’s Queens home, authorities said.

Twenty-month-old Kobe Lin was eating some grapes his mom had given him when part of it and a pit got lodged in his throat and he began choking around 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The boy’s panicked mother realized the child had stopped breathing and rushed him to Queens General Hospital, where he died.

Police said the incident was under review by the Administration for Children’s Services.
