An Upper East Side babysitter was busted this week after she was caught on a nanny cam reaching into a stroller and violently shaking the head of the 1-year-old boy she was watching, cops said.

The baby’s dad was watching the camera footage around 11 a.m. Wednesday when he saw the sitter, Armielyn Bernales, 38, of Jersey City, shake the baby’s head, then throw him onto a couch at the East 63rd Street and Second Avenue home, police said.

Bernales was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17 and reckless endangerment.

Luckily, the child suffered no apparent injuries, police said.
