The estranged wife of New York City’s “Bad Santa” says she’s entitled to a chunk of his $8 million estate.

Joel Krupnik, whose creepy Christmas displays of a grotesque Saint Nick holding a severed doll’s head made the cover of The Post, said in his 2015 will he’d separated from wife Mildred and had cut her out of his estate.

Krupnik, 70, died last year. Mildred, 57, went to court in October seeking a “right of election,” which under state law gives a spouse one-third of their partner’s estate.

Their three children opposed the move, saying in Manhattan Surrogate Court papers their parents’ union had never been repaired.

Mildred claimed in February court papers that she and her husband had gotten back together.
