A garbage bag containing a human foot was found in a Bronx park on Tuesday — not far from a similarly gruesome find last week, sources said.
A bag with a foot sticking out from it was spotted by a small child strolling with his family on the Tiffany Street Pier in Hunts Point at around 7:30 p.m., police sources said.
The bag with the foot was next to a number of other bags, the sources said.
The boy told his horrified mom who called 911. The city Medical Examiner will investigate the remains.
On Friday, park workers found what appeared to be remains of an adult woman inside two plastic bags at Crotona Park about two miles north.
It wasn’t immediately clear if these two incidents were connected.
