A baker testifying for the state in a mob trial is planning on icing another prosecution witness — his ex-partner in a chain of Italian bakeries, a police informant claims.

The claim is threatening to throw the trial of alleged extortionist Anthony Anastasio into chaos.

An NYPD informant sent a letter to the FBI saying John Galano, a reputed mobster from Staten Island, is planning to kill Joseph Generoso, his former partner in the popular Royal Crown bakeries.

Both have testified Anastasio tried to hold them up for protection money.

Brooklyn federal Judge Brian Cogan ordered the trial delayed yesterday.
