Stephen Baldwin, the youngest of the four acting Baldwin brothers, will dodge jail after agreeing to pay $350,000 in back taxes, his lawyer said yesterday.

“If Mr. Baldwin can’t work, he can’t pay,” lawyer Russell Yankwitt said about the deal struck with Rockland County prosecutors.

Baldwin, 46, was charged with skipping his 2008, 2009 and 2010 state returns — punishable by up to four years in prison.
