TOMS RIVER, NJ — TD Bank is resisting efforts by a New Jersey county to test the accuracy of its coin-counting machines.

Ocean County recently filed a complaint against the bank’s Toms River office over the issue.

The bank is contesting the county’s right to inspect its machines and plans to ask a judge to dismiss the case.
